Jordan Spritz is the chef, owner and creative director of Jordan’s Food of Distinction, blurs the line between artist and entrepreneur at his downtown Chicago catering and event production company. Influenced by the rich history of Japanese minimalist culture and martial arts, Jordan’s foundation is detail oriented, focused and refined, and his passion for contemporary fine art photography inspires an artistic edge to his food and productions.
Trained in the renowned kitchens of Don Yamauchi, Charlie Trotter and Matt Merges, and a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in New York, Jordan brings unique experience and perspective to the catering industry. He is going to have a great session!
