Announcing Artist and Comedy Influencer Zach Bartz of The Shithole on the Global Committee
From producing over 500 hidden comedy shows, creating 6000 paintings, teaching at The Second City Training Center and more, we are excited to have Zach Bartz on the global committee bringing more comedy and creativity into the mix.
Zach Bartz has painted over 6,000 paintings in Chicago since 2015. His artwork has been showcased throughout Chicago at spaces such as Cards Against Humanity via the Design Museum of Chicago, Star Lounge, McGarryBowen, Columbia College Chicago, and Dimo’s Pizza, and is held in private collections across four continents. He can be seen creating thirty to eighty paintings at a time live at concerts and comedy shows or painting murals for commercial and private clients throughout the city. He is also the co-creator of the Chicago word-of-mouth variety show The Shithole and currently teaches Painting for Improvisers to the youth summer programming at The Second City Training Center. He updates his Instagram with new artwork daily.
