No Small Plans For Kristen Kaza At The Big Night
Kristen Kaza is the Principal and Creative Director of No Small Plans Productions, an event & cultural production studio that creates welcoming and inclusive experiences and provides a platform for local artists & entrepreneurs. We are super excited to have Kristen Kaza as a storyteller for The Big Night showcase #1 July 13th, 2016.
NSP has produced & programmed events for EXPO Chicago, United States Artists, EMPIRE Fox, Chicago Community Trust, Rebuilding Exchange & more. Kristen is also the Co-Founder and Host of award-winning dance party “Slo ‘Mo: Slow jams for homos (and their fans)”, celebrating five years of slow jams & community this year. Recently, she acquired a Humboldt Park studio which she is developing into a coworking/events & exhibitions incubator for women & feminine spectrum professionals & artists. Kristen also teaches events & experiential marketing at Columbia College, her alma mater. When she’s not hosting, producing or teaching, Kristen’s probably lounging with friends in a caftan or playing with her husky Demi.
WHAT IS THE GLAPPITNOVA CELEBRATION?
We mix entrepreneurship, culture, and entertainment around the world through underground showcases with extremely talented people spanning all industries. At the signature showcases expect storytelling, performances, networking, and a great first hand experience. The global celebration is July 7th – July 14th. With the large “The Big Night” showcases in Chicago July 13th, and July 14th. Ticket prices increase June 11th, and July 1st.
