Announcing Jay Laughling For Glappitnova At Our Education Forum

Jay Laughlin is an aspiring school leader in Chicago Public Schools. He taught fourth grade in CPS from 2009 – 2013 in the Belmont-Cragin neighborhood.  In 2013 – 2014, he attended Harvard Graduate School of Education to earn a Masters in School Leadership and worked as an intern principal in Boston Public Schools.  This past year, he served as a resident principal at a small, non-selective magnet school in Chicago’s Englewood neighborhood.  Jay is currently interviewing for assistant principal positions at various traditional and charter schools within Chicago.
