Our Struggles and Motivation Are Real

With running a food truck struggles are constant. Besides the more trivial problems such as space, storage, keeping things in place while moving, are the more daunting tasks of gas, propane, temperature and keeping a generator and truck engine running on which your business is dependent. Not to mention the constant issues with the city, police and restaurant owners. Our motivation is that food and nourishing are our passions.

“Being able to keep hungry people fed on the streets while interacting face to face and receiving positive feedback is really gratifying.”

thank you glappitnova
