Nikki_Bio Pic

Nikki Kaapke is a former beauty queen who first graced ABC’s “Bachelor” fans’ screens in 2009 for the thirteenth season in hopes to winning the heart of single dad, Jason Mesnick. With her “girl next door” charm, Nikki wow’ed Jason during her “limo entrance” and one-on-one time with the result of receiving the “First Impression Rose” . So close to making it to a hometown date, Nikki continued to keep Jason’s eye through the “final 6” before being sent home after the dreaded “two-on-one” date.

Being a fan and producer favorite from the get-go, Nikki was invited back in 2010 by ABC for their inaugural cast of “Bachelor Pad”. The kick start to the newest spin-off known as “Bachelor in Paradise”, this drama-filled season with fellow former “Bachelor” and “Bachelorette” cast members (all of whom just happen to be real life friends or foes by that point) included weekly competitions and rose ceremony style eliminations leading to one cast member winning $ 250,000.00. Needless to say, Nikki didn’t win the guy or the money but had fun during “the journey” and made a few more visits to the rose themed stage for the “Women Tell All”, “After The Rose” and “Wedding of Molly & Jason” episodes.

Flash forward to life since accepting her last rose, Nikki has continued to maintain relationships within the Bachelor family. With no desires to pack up and head to La La Land, Nikki has been heavily involved in the culinary world. With her own cookbook published in 2011 and having worked under the helm of James Beard awarded Chefs like Rick Bayless of Frontera Grill and Tony Montuano of Spiagia, Nikki has moved on from the firey kitchen to a more glamorous jet-setting life while traveling the globe and working with a private family based in Chicago.

A finance graduate, Frank Neuschaefer spent his formative years in banking and consulting before falling in love with creative writing. He stepped off the well-trodden path, traveled a bit, and then found himself on The Bachelorette, where he may have ruffled some feathers. He continues to create drama—only now through the written word—as he nears completion of his first novel. An armchair philosopher, he enjoys whiskey-fueled dialogue about the stuff that matters. He is excited to return to the Glappitnova stage for a “Bachelor” panel discussion.

Casey Shteamer did a stint on the 16th season of the Bachelor. Competing for Ben Flanjik’s heart, she was sent packing in the 6th week. Since then she has been backpacking around the world and running a real estate and interior design company she owns with her boyfriend in Chicago.
