Jillian Carew is an education strategist, former principal and founder of InnerG Unlmtd, LLC. She helps schools evaluate and create norms, systems, processes, and policies that are centered around the humanity of the students they serve and the adults doing the work. A Chicago native, a longtime educator and youth advocate, Jillian dedicates her work to giving power to the “powerless” and a voice to the “voiceless.” She helps people and teams cultivate their InnerG through motivational speaking and coaching.

Miguel Sossa is a Sr. Sales Account Executive. At Delta, he is also advancing their $1B, 10-year carbon neutrality program. Prior to working at Delta, Miguel pursued 16+ years of tackling environmental and social challenges across the globe, most recently with Accenture. There, he directed an IoT Innovation lab in Dublin, created and co-led a Smart Cities Practice, and enjoyed advising and collaborating with Fortune 100 clients and public officials on city resilience, sustainable design, and the future of travel.

Keya Sandi Trammell is a fusion of smooth melodic jazz, sprinkled with a soulful element, and mixed with electric, finger-snapping, foot-stomping funk, which is what you get when you let Gifted Keys pour through your speakers or captivate you from the stage.  It wasn’t until she posted a video on Facebook of her singing the cover of Erykah Badu’s “On & On” that she realized her calling. That video went viral, garnering over 1.3 million views in a week, and she received an overwhelming amount of support and admiration. Not long after the singer went viral, she released her first EP, The Unknown Agenda, which can be found on all musical platforms: Apple Music/ iTunes, Spotify, Google Play, Tidal or Youtube.  What captivated viewers was her bald head. At the age of 2, Keya was diagnosed with the autoimmune disease Alopecia Totalis, a complete loss of scalp hair, occurring either all at once or within a short time.  It wasn’t just the large audience she attracted that led her to launch the career, but the message that resonated with viewers through the simple decision to wear a wig or go wigless that day.
