Jasmia Fowler was recently featured on The Ellen Show for her incredible work as a Principal at Amino College Prep Academy. At Howard University for her Bachelors’s, she studied Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology and Community Development. At Harvard University School of Education for her Masters, she studied the intricacies of school leadership. She is a Chicago Scholar recipient and Glappitnova global committee member.
Formerly recruited by the Secret Service, Erica Ferguson declined that opportunity to pursue her own dreams. Erica went on to run and grow a chain of superfood health cafés and run a large fitness facility (where she gained her blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu). Erica Ferguson is an Organizational Leadership Consultant, Restauranteur & Entrepreneur based in Los Angeles, CA. She works with organizations and individuals to develop skills needed to thrive in the ever-changing environment. She is a franchise owner of Kale Me Crazy West Hollywood.
A passionate philanthropist, marketer and serial entrepreneur, Matthew Newman is the Founder and CEO of The Brand Pillars, LLC, a 7-figure, experiential marketing staffing agency laser-focused on giving clients complete access and control to highly trained and qualified personnel. He is the Founder and CEO of All In Co-working of Inglewood, and co-founder of the tech startup, Virtual Co-working. Which is the world’s first black-owned video conferencing platform and entrepreneurial community.
